About us
Our Finance Transformation Consulting - Enterprise Performance Management practice provides a combination of business and technology advice from strategy to execution and helps solve our clients' most complex business challenges. You will assist our clients to address the accounting and financial reporting challenges facing their business. You will be part of a team that provides insight and services that accelerate analytics, decision-making and innovation to build a stronger and more efficient finance function.
Your Role and Responsibilities
You will work with businesses and finance teams to address the risks of accounting, financial reporting and regulatory issues. You will serve as trusted advisors, both practical and innovative, to help our clients navigate through accounting and financial reporting challenges driven by the changing economic and regulatory environment.
As an Assistant Manager / Manager / Associate Director within our Enterprise Performance Management team, you will help to drive our Finance agenda forward and you will play an important role in shaping the following selected areas:
Work closely with Partners to drive strategy surrounding Finance Transformation, including but not limited to developing sales pipelines and go-to-market initiatives in areas of Enterprise Performance Management (and related technology implementation), Process and Data Transformation and Finance Target Operating Model Identify initiatives and develop strategies, roadmaps, target operating model and deliver finance transformation and change projects to help clients transform their finance and operational processes Lead the implementation of relevant technology platforms in the finance function such as Tagetik, OneStream and Anaplan Design and deliver EPM functional architecture strategy with leading practices throughout all phases of an EPM Transformation Hands-on formulation of business and functional requirements to set the direction for corresponding and complimentary solution delivery aligned to business goals Apply business and functional knowledge and expertise, working in collaboration with the engagement teams, in the implementation of business-aligned/driven EPM solutions Provide coaching, mentoring and performance counselling to consultants and client team members
About You
Degree in Accounting/Finance related discipline from a reputable University, with strong skills and experience in finance and accounting processes Certified Chartered Accountant is a plus Minimum 7 years of relevant experience including Consulting (Finance) background with demonstrated skills in building pipeline, managing projects and communicating effectively with clients and teams Proven track record in areas of enterprise performance management and finance transformation Strong industry experience in Financial Service and insurance sector in the finance function in a business partner role would be preferred Other sector experiences would be considered such as Retail, Shipping, Transportation and Logistics, Government and Public Sector, etc Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills with a track record of senior executive level engagement
