Founded in 2010, we are proudly female-founded with more than 70% female representation across our organisation, leadership and STEM roles (#girlpower). The role:

You will be responsible for supporting and contributing to the overall brand social strategy that acts as a vehicle to grow, support, engage and strengthen the relationship between Love, Bonito and our customers and the greater community of women globally. Projects will be shared with you in more detail during the recruitment process.

Main responsibilities

  • Creation of relevant and engaging social media content - mainly IG artworks and Reel content, according to content calendar or campaign needs
  • Assist the team in brainstorming and developing content schedule, briefs, lookbooks and assets for social channels, and KOL (Key Opinion Leader) collaborations
  • Support in creating content briefs and working with various stakeholders to ensure relevant high-quality, branded content is delivered
  • Research, analyse and present new and fresh ways to approach and execute content
  • Support in scheduling, postings and upkeep of daily content calendar across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok
  • Provide community support to the Social Media Team - monitoring and responding to comments, queries, and DMs on the respective social media channels
  • Assist in social performance reports, KOL monitoring and clippings, market research and competitor analysis
  • Liaising with internal cross-functional teams to see through the end-to-end delivery of seeding kits to our ambassadors

Requirements

  • Highly Adept in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Premiere Pro/Final Cut
  • Verse in content creation for Social Media channels like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook
  • A developed eye with a natural finesse for balance and composition
  • Fair knowledge of social media best practices and trends
  • Adept in Google Suite (Word, Slide, Sheets)
  • Strong multi-tasking and project management skills
  • Able to adapt and independently evolve in an ever-changing and dynamic environment with professionalism, responsiveness and flexibility under pressure
  • Prior experience in creative work, fashion photography or videography will be a bonus
  • A commitment of 6 months for this internship is preferred. Internships on attachments to school programmes are welcomed.
