IT Officer

At Royal Ocean Marine, we are currently seeking a skilled and experienced IT Officer/Manager to join our client's team. As the IT Officer/Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the company's IT systems and infrastructure. This includes managing the IT team, developing and implementing IT strategies, ensuring data security and compliance, and providing technical support to staff. • Plan, implement, and manage the company's IT systems and infrastructure
• Manage and lead a team of IT professionals
• Develop and implement IT strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives
• Ensure data security and compliance with relevant regulations and standards
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for staff
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for IT services and products

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Proven experience in IT management, preferably in a similar industry
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure, and security
• Experience in vendor management and contract negotiations
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
