Job Description
Responsible for monthly, quarterly, and annual financial packages and management reports, within the designed scope under E-commerce segment. Ensure timely and accurate month-end closing.Ensure financial reporting is prepared in compliance with group & statutory accounting policies.Provide support on applicable tax filings and submit on a timely manner.Prepare meaningful and good quality analysis on the financial statement.Review reconciliation and coordinate with relevant parties to investigate and resolve the differences/issues. Improve existing processes where possible to drive efficiency in the reconciliation and reporting processes.Providing support on SOX audit, group audit and local audit.Performs other related duties as necessary or assigned.
Bachelor’s degree in accounting is a must.At least 3 years of working experience. Big 4 experience is a plus.Experience in HFM and Oracle is an advantage. Advanced Excel skills are desired.Ability to work well independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.Positive and result driven. Good sense of logic and analytical thinking.Hands-on and able to drill down to detail to establish / rectify / improve processes.Good communication skills, comfortable in using English.A fast learner with a positive mindset will be suitable for this role.
