What you’ll be responsible for:

The Staff IT Engineer will help maintain and improve our Macintosh systems, network infrastructure, and end-user support for all remote workers worldwide. We’re looking for an energetic people-person to be able to interface enthusiastically with all levels of users within Circle. 

What you'll work on:

Implement automation to make IT processes repeatable, scalable, and secure  Troubleshoot issues with OS X, Macintosh hardware, networking, security issues and other needs that arise Manage and audit hardware inventory and software site licenses, as well as security and compliance policies Provide training to employees, both formal and ad hoc, on software usage and good security practices Work with stakeholders to build systems and processes Provide VIP service to local, and traveling teams in the APAC area. Manage and resolve Service requests and incidents as part of a 24x7 global IT team. Assist with onboarding and off-boarding of employees in the Singapore office, as well as remotely throughout the APAC region.

What you'll bring to Circle:

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills 4+ years experience with deployment, configuration projects working with Apple macOS systems and related peripherals 3+ years experience in an IT customer service environment Recent experience leading others in an enterprise project/rollout of IT systems/applications Experience monitoring and resolving issues in an ITSM ticketing system, FreshService or similar Experience with ITIL process frameworks (Incident, Change, Service, Problem) Apple MDM experience (Kandji) Google Workspace administration experience Configuration management and automation experience using shell scripts or Python
