Key responsibilities

Develop and implement talent management strategies that align with the organization’s objectives. Oversee the Management Associate and internship programs, from attraction, acquisition to onboarding. Design a robust development programme to ensure strong pipelining for early career hires. Partner closely with internal stakeholders on diagnosing business requirements and identifying learning interventions, ensuring cost effectiveness and alignment with organizational goals. Develop and maintain career pathing frameworks and architecture to support employee growth and progression within the organization. Adopt a data-driven approach in evaluating programme effectiveness, utilizing insights to drive continuous process improvements. Manage Learning Management System data, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of employee training and development activities.

Role requirements

Degree qualified with a HR-related degree with 10 to 12 years experience in Talent Management or Learning & Development preferably in mid to large size organisations. SPHR, PMP, PHR, SHRM, or other relevant certifications will be a bonus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong analytical skills and a flexible and agile work style Good organizational skills with the ability to multi-task to manage multiple projects while maintaining a close attention to detail
