Research Writer, PropNex Realty Pte Ltd

Responsibilities
1.Write high-quality articles/stories with accurate facts that are engaging to drive brand awareness of the company

2.Crafting compelling angles to pique the interest of readers

3.Media monitoring to react to breaking news that impacts the real estate industry

4.Work with the video team to create scripts for videos

5.Researching to find out information & data on topics assigned

6.Going on the ground to gather research information for article pieces

7.Convert research to curated content for articles and infographics

8.Fact check and provide sources to back the credibility of researched information

9.Crafting questions to conduct an interview

10.Contribute ideas actively for content creation (articles, videos, social media)

11.Creative copywriting for article content for distribution on social media and digital ads

12.Keen eye in driving company’s initiative and promote our value proposition


Requirements

1.Diploma or Degree in mass communication, journalism, real estate, or architecture.

2.Minimum one (1) to two (2) years of working experience in related field.

3.Background in real estate is a huge bonus but not a necessity

4.Strong communication, writing & research skills

5.Ability to weave in keywords into content creatively for SEO purposes

6.Proactive team player

7.Resourceful and able to optimise limited resources

8.Able to operate efficiently both independently & in a group setting

Other Information:

Working Location: Toa Payoh Five (5) day work week, Monday and Friday: 9.00 am to 6.00 pm
