Key Accountabilities:

  • Create content for various marketing channels, including social media, website, and email.

  • Research and analyze market trends, competitors, and benchmark websites.

  • Support in planning and organizing school events and activities: Concerts, Conferences, Career Fair, Sports Events, “Fête de l’école”.

  • Collaborate with the academic team to develop posters and communication materials.

  • Help coordinate and design the school’s Yearbook: photos, content and data.

  • Participate in CRM content and design (Emails, Newsletters to the IFS community).


Qualifications:

  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency in using social media platforms and digital marketing tools.

  • Knowledge of marketing and communication principles and practices.

  • Creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.


Other skills:

  • Good people skills.

  • Able to multitask and manage tight deadlines.

  • Exposure to project management.

  • Independent and responsible.

  • Social media and design savvy.

  • French mother tongue and fluent in English.


Internship Conditions: 

  • 6-month internship starting from January 2024

  • Full time 42h / week

  • Annual Leave = 1,5 days / month
