As one segment of the Corporate & Investment Bank, our Corporate Finance business provides the full range of products and services of a leading global investment bank. Your key responsibilities:

Participation and assistance in marketing efforts, including preparation of client presentations and pitches Handling all execution related matters including valuation, modelling and due diligence coordination Assist in communication with relevant clients & counterparties, organizing meetings with internal/external teams and driving execution work streams Deal documentation and internal approvals Collaborating with colleagues locally / overseas to leverage the firm's existing relationships & develop a strategy to increase promotion / revenue from such client base Preparation of M&A market data analysis, presentation of Southeast Asia M&A strategy to global teams, etc.

Key skills required:

M&A execution skills Financial modelling skills Awareness of M&A market trends Strong track record in origination and execution of Investment Banking deals Highly motivated and self-driven with ability to multitask Strong communication skills and able to articulate to demanding clients

Role is required to be performed on-site at One Raffles Quay office. Relevant vaccination requirements may apply.
