The candidate will be part of our Research and Development department in managing product development initiatives. Duties include but are not limited to:
Drive development of new productsLead a team of Engineers and provide overall direction of assigned R&D projects with latest technology innovation and conceptsResponsible for software/ firmware development for Networking, Wireless and IOT productsDesign, develop and troubleshoot embedded firmware for networking, Wi-Fi/ Zigbee/ Bluetooth/ KNX RF wireless and IoT productsIntegrate new functionalities to existing firmware for performance enhancementWork closely with Hardware team for the Hardware/Firmware integration and testingProvide support to sales team, manufacturing and customersBuild and establish strong working relationships with customers and other stakeholdersRequirements:
Degree in Computer Science, Electronic & Electrical Engineering or equivalentAt least 8 years of experience in software/ firmware development, preferably in the IoT, smart lighting, data communication, networking or related industryHave great interest on new technologies and ability to understand market requirementsStrong project management skillsAnalytical, strategic thinker, and resourceful with good business acumenIndependent, driven and able to work in a fast-paced environmentWe have other current jobs related to this field that you can find below
