You will need to shape the digital strategy, develop solutions and organize digital resources to enable platforms with the aim to drive revenue, enhance user/ customer experience and create new business value. As the Lead Architect, you will also provide technical guidance to the team to deliver on the digital mandate, in addition to growing the team professionally.
Your role will also require you to define and implement the technical roadmaps. You should have deep understanding of the digital landscape, be plugged into emerging trends and have a strong network of capabilities providers.
Requirements
Proven leader who has developed and implemented successful digital strategies, with at least 15 years’ of relevant experience. Highly analytical with excellent communication skills Able to interface stakeholders, especially at senior management level Able to provide technical mentorship and interested in growing talents for the organisation
