- Supervise a team of mechanical supervisors and contractors to ensure timely and safe completion of all plant inspection and modification tasks, adhering to high maintenance standards without causing disruptions to plant operations.
- Oversee the plant painting program to maintain the integrity of the facility.
- Coordinate with plant operators and other maintenance teams to execute modifications while prioritizing safety and facility integrity.
- Organize and conduct training sessions for staff and contractors to enhance their skills and competencies.
- Implement management systems in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and SS651 standards.
- Maintain accurate documentation and filing of inspection records and reports in the Data Management System.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Material Engineering.
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in fixed equipment and piping work within the petrochemical, oil, and gas industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication skills with personnel across different functions and contractors.
- Demonstrated spirit of collaboration and teamwork.
