Centre Executive

Lendlease Singapore is currently looking for a Center Executive to join our team.
Together with the team, the Center Executive will play a vital role in setting up and managing the operational needs of our new commercial building, Paya Lebar Green (PLG). This position requires a detailed-oriented professional with a solid background in operations, capable of assisting with procurement process, helping to develop and implement operational systems and procedures, and addressing ground operational matters to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the new project.
Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain stakeholder relationships: maintain a strong rapport with tenants and stakeholders (both internal Lendlease, tenants, external parties as well as owners representatives)Manage Management Corporation related matters, if applicableManagement reporting in particular, preparation of quarter asset review reports and other standard reports on progress against KPIsManage centre improvement projectsManage centre incidents, including insurance and legal reporting/follow-upsLead centre toursAssist the General Manager and work closely with various department on the following:Manage the asset infrastructure, centre standards and presentationOversee operational and capital budgetsManagement of financial assets and forecastingDay-to-day operation and performance of a mallForecast and manage operating expenses (OPEX) and operation capital expenditure (CAPEX)Identify opportunities to maximise and secure income, deliver rent to the owners and optimisation of the rentRisk management, including inspections, preventive maintenance, occupational health and safety (OH&S), and emergency / evacuation training & proceduresRequirements:
Degree or Diploma in Real EstateMinimum 2 years experiences in facility managementPossess knowledge and understanding of property management such as profit margins, occupancy costs, expenses and financingProficient in MS Office to prepare reports/presentationsFamiliarity with Management Corporation and the BMSMA is an advantageExcellent communication skillsLendlease is a diverse, flexible and inclusive employer of choice.
