The Role

This position will be member of the Engineering / Building team responsible for maintaining, repairing and servicing building engineering services.

Job Responsibilities

Play a hands-on role in maintenance of ACMV, plumbing & sanitary systems, amenities, fittings and fixtures, wall, ceiling and floor finishing of properties. Involved in the inspection of contractors’ works, tenants fit-out and reinstatement works and assisting in handling of tenants’ requests or feedback. Generate defect inspection reports. Schedule preventive maintenance and corrective work orders using the Facilities Management System.

Job Requirements

Higher / NITEC in Facility Technology (Mechanical & Electrical Services), Facility Management or equivalent. At least 2 years of experiences in building management and Mechanical and Electrical systems. Possess experience in painting, masonry, carpentry and ironmongery works will have an advantage. Proficient in MS Office Applications. Possess good interpersonal skills, the ability to handle difficult situations and works well in a fast-paced environment. Required to work on rotating shifts, including weekends and Public Holidays.
