Job Description

As a part of Tax Reimagined, you will be responsible for driving technology-enabled solutions across our tax practice. Working within a team or independently, you will play a key role in designing, implementing, and managing tax technology solutions. Your expertise will be critical in identifying opportunities to optimize tax processes, mitigate risks, and leverage data analytics to deliver insights and value to our clients. You will have the opportunity to work on complex projects, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and utilizing the latest tax technology tools.

The successful candidate will be:
Ability to understand large amounts of theoretical information and practically apply this understanding to processes and solutions.
Ability to draw distinction in seemingly "grey" areas and explain categorisation and treatment of distinct items.
Ability to think critically when assessing a process or solution, identifying areas of risk, inefficiency, impracticality or opportunity.
Ability to look at large structured and unstructured data sets and identify trends or patterns, with a view to identifying the root cause of this trend or pattern.
Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and articulately to a varied range of audiences.

The ideal candidate should:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Data Analytics or a related field. 2-4 years of relevant experience in tax technology, tax consulting, data analyst or a related field. Strong understanding of business principles, regulations, and processes. Demonstrated experience with data analytics tools for data gathering, transformation, and analysis. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically and deliver innovative tax technology solutions. Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients, colleagues, and technology vendors. Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
