Quality Control of all watches for existing stocks, consignment and new shipment, clients’ watches upon requestComplete QC checklist for every watchProvide quality advise and service proposal on defective pieces if detected Watch Repairs Diagnose non-working watches and complete diagnosis reportProvide service proposal according to professional standard Repair watch on approvalQC repaired watches to ensure all functional aspects are restored to factory standard Offer technical advises to internal and external customers on product quality and functionality Monitor KPIs to ensure smooth and efficient quality repairs according to SLA Identify and report quality issues encountered while repairing items from stocks and clients Work in accordance with Global guidelines and proactive in making enhancement to improve efficiencies and productivity

Person Specifications:
