Quotations

·Liaise with customers and sales on request for quotes (RFQs) and quotation requirements.

·Prepare quotations and cost calculations, ensuring compliance to company procedures.

·Distribute to the various suppliers and follow up on quotations.

·Assist sales in turning quotations into active orders.

Sales and Funnel Management

·In cooperation with both sales and agents, pro-actively manage the funnel of outstanding proposals and keep the quotation status in CRM up to date.

·Provide accurate monthly / quarterly booking forecast

Purchase Orders

·Prepare purchase orders to internal business units and third party suppliers, ensuring compliance to company procedures.

·Liaise with and assist the Logistics and Finance Departments in the expediting process and order to cash process.

Job Requirements

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or similar.3 to 5 years relevant experience with engineering products in the industry.Good verbal and written communication skills in English.Good interpersonal and cultural assimilation skills.High degree of self-motivation and initiative.Computer literacy, with good knowledge on using all MS Office applications.
