Responsibilities

This is a fixed term contract (with an external employment agency) renewable on a yearly basis.

Managing Learning & Development (L&D) programs as well as talent management activities including registration, administration and logistic/ venue arrangements Support ASIA flagship talent development programs including nominations, working with external partners etc. Work with global teams to support transversal topics related to TDI Coordination with regional Employee Resource Groups on DEI related topics Support the development of training materials Manage training communication plans Planning and scheduling trainings Processing L&D related invoices Complete special projects as assigned

Profile required

Academic Background and Certifications, Experience:

Previous experience in Learning & Development is a plus, but not mandatory Strong verbal and written communication skills Proficient with MS Office (In particular, PowerPoint and Excel) Proactive and responsible personality, with strong attention to detail Team player with a keen learning attitude Able to act in a confidential manner when handling sensitive information.
