About the Department
Group Technology and Operations (GTO) provides software and system development, information technology support services and banking operations.
We have centralized and standardized the technology components into Singapore, creating a global footprint which can be utilized for supporting our regional subsidiaries and the branches around the world. We operate and support 19 countries with this architecture to provide a secure and flexible banking infrastructure.
Our Operations divisions provide transactional customer services for our businesses while also focusing on cost efficiency through process improvements, automation and straight through processing.
Job Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
Contribute to automation, process improvements & streamlining of operations processes Engage process owners and stakeholders to define system requirements Process asset transfer instructions and operational processing when required Support User Acceptance Test (UAT) coordination and documentation Comply with control and procedures Assist in Ad hoc task
Job Requirements
At least 1-3 years of banking operations/IT experience preferably in custody Ability to communicate with stakeholders and gather requirements Ability to work on initiatives independently Ability to work in dynamic environment where prioritization and requirements get recalibrated frequently Role allows remote work but candidate should be willing to work in office Proficient in excel and or access Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) or any programming knowledge will be a plus-
