The Asia Unit consists of Telenor Group’s five Asian Business Units (BUs) and the newly established regional Hub in Singapore. With a strengthened presence, we are sharpening our focus on the growth and modernization agenda and positioning ourselves to capture opportunities in Asia. The Asia Hub will drive business performance, assess structural strategies and enhance reputation, stakeholder management and internal culture in the region. The Asia Hub consisst of employees across five teams, in addition to the administrative team. The five teams are Business Performance, External Relations, Leadership & Culture, Board Governance & Support and Merger and Acquisition. You will provide support to these two teams:

The Leadership & Culture team’s key responsibilities is to strengthen the 1st line of defence by supporting in developing the right leadership teams, the right leadership culture, as well as to strengthen BU's focus on health, safety and security. The team is on a daily basis interacting with the management and stakeholders in the 5 Asian BUs as well as ensuring a transparent and reliable link to Group HQ functions.

The Business Performance Team is driving value realization in BUs through proactive follow-up of business operational and strategic agenda, financial performance, transformational programs/initiatives, and risk – including key commercial and technology initiatives. The team is on a daily basis interacting with the management and stakeholders in the 5 Asian BUs as well as ensuring a transparent and reliable link to Group HQ functions.

We are now looking for a Personal Assistant - are you the one we are looking for?

As Personal Assistant, you will get the following tasks:

  • Provide daily support to the leaders and team members of the Leadership & Culture and Business Performance teams
  • Perform an extensive array of administrative tasks (book travels and schedule facilities and equipment)
  • Meeting management such as sending meeting invites, reservation of meeting rooms, prepare meeting materials and coordinate logistics
  • Support in communication within the teams
  • Handle travel expenses and invoices
  • Build, develop or consolidate power point presentations
  • Coordinate team meetings and taking minutes if necessary
  • Manage ad hoc requests from both internal and external stakeholders

We think you have the following qualifications and skills:

We believe you should be a seasoned assistant with a high degree of familiarity in terms of working with senior executives. Other qualifications are:

  • Excellent administrative, logistic and coordination skills
  • Excellent verbal and written language skills, English as minimum
  • Relevant experience in meeting facilitation, physical and virtual meetings
  • Proficiency in digital tools, herein Microsoft Office including Teams
  • Good people skills towards all position levels, functions and nationalities
  • Proactive and solution oriented
  • Ability to adhere to complete confidentiality on all business matters
  • Good communications and interpersonal skills. Ability to take initiative and build strong, productive network and relationships
  • Flexible working in terms of when work is performed as business is conducted across multiple time zones
