IN-STORE STYLIST

About the role
GINLEE Studio is looking for someone who loves clothes, understands people, and knows how to help a customer feel good in what she wears. This is a full-time, in-store retail position with a stronger focus on personal styling and client relationships. You'll work closely with customers to understand their body shape and proportions, colours and personal style, lifestyle and wardrobe needs, existing GINLEE pieces, and what makes them feel comfortable and confident. From there, you'll help them build looks — not simply sell individual pieces. You'll become a trusted style advisor to customers: remembering what they own, introducing them to new ways of wearing GINLEE, following up thoughtfully, and giving them a reason to come back.

Key responsibilities

- Provide one-to-one styling and personal shopping in-store
- Able to analyse colours, body shapes and expand on suitable looks based on lifestyles of clients
- Recommend silhouettes, colours and combinations suited to each customer
- Build complete looks across our collections
- Develop long-term relationships with customers
- Follow up with clients and introduce relevant new arrivals
- Achieve personal and store sales targets
- Support the everyday running of the store and the wider retail team About you
- Have a strong eye for fashion, proportion and colour
- Enjoy talking to people and understanding what they really need
- Are warm, observant and confident without being pushy
- Have experience in fashion retail, styling, luxury retail or personal shopping
- Enjoy building relationships rather than making one-off transactions
- Are comfortable working retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
