Job Summary You will support audit partners and managers by planning and managing audit engagements, reviewing client accounting procedures, and preparing reports to ensure compliance with standards and deliver high-quality audit outcomes. Responsibilities Plan and manage audit engagements and team members to meet work plan specifications and deadlines under audit partners’ and managers’ supervision Execute audit work plans thoroughly, documenting and concluding tasks in compliance with relevant auditing standards Collaborate effectively with team members by sharing responsibilities, providing support, maintaining communication, and updating audit partners and managers on progress Identify, analyze, and communicate accounting and auditing issues to managers and partners for resolution Review client accounting procedures, operating systems, and internal controls to recommend improvements that enhance financial accuracy and compliance Prepare audit reports and schedules for delivery to clients and other stakeholders Build and maintain productive working relationships with client personnel to facilitate audit processes Required competencies and certifications Degree in accounting or related field Minimum two years of audit experience Preferred competencies and qualifications Demonstrated leadership skills applied to managing audit engagements and teams Problem-solving skills demonstrated through identifying and resolving audit issues Strong verbal and written communication skills used to report findings and collaborate with stakeholders Ability to work independently and collaboratively with professionals at all organizational levels
