Job Description
To assist, support and co-ordinate research projects being conducted in the department. Job Responsibilities
• Assist in the coordination of research projects
• Coordination in research participants’ follow up visits
• Data entry and maintenance of database
• Data collection from participant interviews
• Managing in the scheduling of the research assessment rooms and reception area
• Assist and support in research recruitment
• Assist in the preparation of manuscripts for submission to journals
• Any other tasks assigned Requirements Competency
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Willing to learn Educational And Professional Requirements
• GCE ‘A’ level or Diploma holder. Open to those on Uni break
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications Do note this is a temporary position, and we will only require the candidate to commit 21 hours per week, or the equivalent to 5 half-days. About IMH The Institute of Mental Health (IMH) in Singapore, established in 1928, is a premier 2,000-bed psychiatric hospital nestled in Buangkok Green Medical Park, providing comprehensive mental health services across 50 inpatient wards and 7 outpatient clinics, while also playing a pivotal role in training the next generation of mental health professionals through the NHG-AHPL Residency Programme and collaborations with local academic institutions.
