About the Role
- Lead the planning, coordination and delivery of a major hospital infrastructure development project, ensuring alignment with operational requirements and project timelines.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, government agencies and internal stakeholders to gather requirements and resolve project issues.
- Review architectural, engineering and infrastructure designs to ensure regulatory compliance, safety, operational efficiency and practical maintainability.
- Oversee project risks, design reviews, construction progress, documentation and stakeholder approvals.
- Develop safety, compliance, emergency preparedness and operational readiness frameworks to support hospital commissioning and future operations.
- Ensure project processes and documentation comply with organisational policies and relevant regulatory standards.
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Civil & Structural Engineering, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- At least 8 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, fire safety, workplace safety and health, and emergency preparedness.
- Experience in healthcare infrastructure or hospital development is highly preferred.
- Fire safety certification and registration as a Workplace Safety and Health Officer are advantageous.
- Strong project management, leadership, analytical and stakeholder management skills.
