Responsibilities:
- Lead and be responsible to implement and maintain key environmental programs (GHG emissions, water, waste, …) by engaging internal and external stakeholders, including key customers, suppliers, and partners.
- In close cooperation with manufacturing central functions, ensure a strong implementation of processes for benchmarking, identifying, and deploying “best environmental practices” (internal in the company and from competitors).
- Contribute to the corporate sustainability reporting activities, coordinating, and implementing new/additional data reporting scheme for company main manufacturing subcontractors and company non-manufacturing sites worldwide.
- Assure a function of customer relations and support for environmental matters, contributing of the management of their specific requests.
- Participate and represent company Sustainability/Environment to regional forums, associations, workshops when appropriate.
- Develop and deploy awareness training, reports, business communication and webinars associated with environmental matters.
- Project management skills and change management.
- Strong interpersonal skills and real leadership attitude.
- Teamwork collaborative attitude.
- Flexibility to work in a multi-cultural environment.
- Good knowledge of Semiconductor industry preferably with Front-End manufacturing experience, including EHS experiences (projects/programs mgt.).
- Knowledge of environmental ISO standards (ISO14001, ISO50001, ISO14064) and international scheme/reporting tools (CDP, SBTI, GRI) will be a plus.
- Excellence in writing and verbal communication.
