Job Description SummaryAs a Data Analysis Specialist, you will support data-driven decision-making by performing data mining, maintaining databases, and generating business reports, including ad hoc requests. You will maintain and troubleshoot Spotfire tools to meet site-specific needs and assist engineers in capacity planning and analytics alignment. Using Lean principles, such as Kaizen and GE Aerospace's Flight Deck system, you will participate in cross-functional process improvement initiatives and solve problems by identifying root causes and implementing countermeasures.
