So, ask us about some of our recent pledges for Women's Equality and being a 'Disability Confident' and 'Inclusive Employer'.Assistant Cost ManagerResponsibilities:• Prepare and evaluate estimates and cost plans• Prepare standard documentation - reports, valuations, letters, financial reports• Prepare and evaluate tender documents as required• Analyze tenders and prepare tender reports at all stages of procurement• Prepare valuations and cost reports; re-measure as necessary and adjust variations• Assist in the settlement of construction disputes/loss and expense claims• Prepare and agree final accountsRequirements:• Degree in Quantity Surveying or its equivalent, better with recognised Degree(s) by the Singapore Building and Construction Authority.• 1-3 years' experience in cost management as consultant or client representative• Have experience working in hospitality or office fit-out projects• Experience in quantity surveying & cost management services for both pre-contract and post contract stages• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.• Ability to adapt to the fast track project.Why work for AtkinsRéalis?We at AtkinsRéalis are committed to developing its people both personally and professionally.
