Run what runs the world.This Position reports to:Head of SalesYour role and responsibilities In this role, you will be responsible for driving global major pursuits with account management principle of Offshore Solutions - Energy Industries business. within the organizational and functional guidelines, to secure orders and achieve individual order booking targets. The primary focus of this role is to work with the sales organization in identifying and engaging customers (EPC, owners, developers) for pursuing large E-House, Electrical & Automation solution for Offshore solutions such as FPSO, large global LNG project, Wind Offshore Projects, etc.Work model for the role is: HybridDriving automation solution with FPSO operators, major Oil & Gas companies and EPCs in the form of early engagement, FEED and project conceptualization phase.Leading the team to drive technical and commercial solutions of ICSS, PMS, Digital for FPSO, Wind Offshore and LNG Industries. Establishing and leading major pursuit for best-in-class customer experience by becoming a trusted advisor for customers. Driving technical solutions for Automation with back-office support from technical support / proposal team and improve customer satisfaction.Identifying and implementing key strategies in winning a project and meet the Automation Order booking target.Driving application of standardized marketing & sales processes and tools (Salesforce, account plans, , etc.) for the account and follows business governance & control guideline and taking lead for seeking approval of large bids as per defined procedure.Managing tender costing, commercial terms & conditions and involve in negotiation with both customers and vendors to achieve optimal result.Qualifications for the role Around 8 to 10 years of relevant experience within Energy Industries (Oil & Gas, FPSO, Wind Offshore) with at least 5 years in front- end sales role.Strong know-how & proven experience of Automation Solution in Energy Industries (ICSS, PMS, SCADA, Telecommunication & Digital Solution, etc.)Should possess strategic thinking with well-developed innovative mindset, proficient communication & listening, negotiation and presentation skills.Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Automation or another).Knowledge of commercial and legal terms and project risk management.Able to communicate effectively (both verbal and written), customer oriented, negotiate, persuasive, possess professional attitude and good team spirit.What's in it for you?
