Key Responsibilities & Expectations:
Perform pet grooming services including bathing, brushing, trimming, de-shedding and styling based on breed-specific standards and client requests.
Handle pets with patience, kindness, and professionalism to ensure a stress-free grooming experience.
Consult pet owners to discuss grooming requirements, coat care, pet hygiene, and aftercare recommendations.
Use grooming tools and equipment safely and efficiently while maintaining high hygiene and safety standards.
Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of grooming stations and the overall salon.
Identify and report health concerns (e.g., skin conditions, ticks, injuries, ear infections) to pet owners.
Stay updated on industry trends, pet styling techniques, and new grooming products.
Assist in customer service, appointment scheduling, and salon operations when needed.
Follow safety protocols and salon SOPs to ensure the well-being of pets and staff.

Qualifications & Requirements:

- 1 years of professional dog grooming experience in a pet salon or similar setting preferred.
- Expertise in breed-specific grooming techniques, including scissoring and styling.
- Commitment to cleanliness, animal welfare, and grooming industry best practices.
- Positive attitude, reliability, and teamwork mindset.
