**Key Responsibilities**
- Ensure that amount of inward billings from airlines is reasonable and ensure that all overbillings are charged back to airlines promptly within the time limits as specified by IATA.
- Interface the invoices when all necessary filings are completed and when all queries are cleared
- To investigate those air waybills (AWBs) with exception to clear, ensure there is supporting documents when rejecting or accepting the amount.
- Correspond with other airlines/ stations to investigate reasons for rejection billings. If the justification for billing is not valid, raise an outward rejection billing.
- Capture invoices received from vendors for airlines
- Prepare Payment Request [IPR] to the vendor and for crown invoices
- Send the General Sales Agent (GSA) Commission report generated from iCargo to stations
- Monthly posting of journal entries
- Perform clearance of account
- Any other Adhoc duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in Accounting, Business Administration or Finance. Fresh diploma graduates are welcome to apply.
- Able to work independently, collaboratively and under tight deadlines.
- Adaptable to changes and a problem solver.
- Good interpersonal skills and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, knowledge of SAP will be advantageous.
