- SCADA Engineering Representative required for a major Offshore Wind Farm Developer based in Singapore.

**Responsibilities**
- Establish SCADA site presence, and act as first person site contact for technical support.
- Act as interface between SCADA design team and the Commissioning team.
- Participating in FAT/SAT/SIT tests and sign of as test completes.
- Performing quality inspections and report to SCADA design team.
- Providing specialist SCADA support.
- Managing the SCADA system manufacturing and commissioning/testing process across all project work packages.
- Providing support to the Interface Management Team to be able to manage the physical interfaces associated with the elements of the SCADA and communication systems.
- Identifying and managing the logical interfaces between the systems.
- Ensuring that the data exchanges between the SCADA systems and 3rd party systems are developed according to the project requirements.
- Developing the cross-project network and identifying the requirements associated with the different work packages to ensure the correct communications between the local systems and with remote systems.
- Ensuring that the Project's Cybersecurity requirements and measures are incorporated in the design of the SCADA and communication systems.
- Managing contracts or sections of contracts related to the design and delivery of SCADA equipment,
- Supporting the Grid Code compliance process including coordination of testing.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in electrical engineering combined with work experience, preferably from similar positions.
- 5 years of site based installation/commissioning experience within the energy/utilities sectorAnd Ideally have experience with the following systems:

- Radio communication systems (Tetra, VHF, Radar)
- Fibre optics / Ethernet installations
- IP Network
- Experience with computer networks, communication systems, control & instrumentation.
- Knowledge of SCADA system and telecommunications network infrastructure requirements.
- Knowledge of design and installation of control, protection and metering systems including associated standards.
- Experience in designing and installing of low voltage electrical systems and testing fibre-optic communication systems.
- Experience in designing and analysing electrical systems.
- Strong communication and management skills in international & multi-disciplinary environment.
