IT Analyst, Change Management

There is a need to look for a skilled and dedicated IT Change Management Analyst to join our IT Programs and Projects function. This newly created role is set-up to manage the Global IT Demand from Inception till Solution Deployment in various stages of the software development life cycle as per defined by IT Quality Assurance process to meet the industry standard and FDA requirements. This position will cover wholesale group, across platform such as ERP, MES, e-Commerce and CRM including CORE system upgrade.

**Responsibilities**:

- Incidents and Change requests management: Manage the JIRA Incident List and convert them into either Incidents or Change Request
- Stakeholders' management: Liaise with Stakeholders (PGO, Project Managers, Vendors) in following up the request
- Demand pipeline management: Manage all pipeline and liaise internally with Testers and resources assigned
- Documentation management: Ensure that all documentations are signed off and captured in JIRA
- Change and Release Management: Monitor and govern change and release process by enforcing to relevant stakeholders; Provide training to the Change and Release process; Manage, coordinate and oversee the change and release procedure for Infor LN and Camstar (CORE System)

**Experience**:

- Diploma or higher in Information Technology or Computer Engineering or Industrial Engineering
- More than 2 years of experienced in using ITIL methodology
- Certified in ITIL and Project Management is a plus
- Ability to analyze the business benefit and impact to the overall demand implementation
- Ability to coordinate with various stakeholders internal or external in scheduling the Demand
- Ability to communicate the Software release plan and associated risks on the Demand
- Ability to generate KPI reporting

- Strong business acumen, analytical thinking and numerical ability, problem solving skills and communications skills (both written and oral) with attention to detail..
- Proven ability to successfully handle multiple projects and meet critical deadlines.
- Must be a team player with excellent interpersonal skills and a commitment to relationship-building, both internally and externally.
- Ethics, confidence, managing ambiguity and being open to change and challenges
