Bim Modeler

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Diploma or equivalent in relevant discipline (Civil/Structural)
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Well versed in Revit
- Must have experience in handling LTA project
- Knowledge on reading and interpretation of engineering drawings and models
- Able to complete models, shop drawings in timely and quality manner

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Coordination with Client, Consultant, Subcontractor, Relevant Agency
- Perform Civil/Structural Model creating, updating and revising under the supervision direction of BIM Lead, Engineer throughout the project life cycle
- Create and update Civil/Structural Models based on contract drawings and latest information
- Generate documentation and shop drawings from BIM Models
- Ensure models / drawings accuracy based on BIM standards and BIM project workflow criteria / checklist.
- Produce BIM deliverables for Construction, documentation and Develop BIM with the correct parameters and attributes for BIM Based quantification and 4D simulation
