**Key Responsibilities**
- Achieve on-time departure of flights by monitoring and ensuring:
Adequate and optimal manning level to handle the arrival / departure flights activities efficiently
Familiar with various airlines’ requirements, especially on the hygiene and cleanliness standards, and dressing requirements
Compliance to airline requirement in handling precision timing
Minimize accident by monitoring and ensuring:

- Staff adopting the principle of safe docking / unloading of hi-lift
- Facilitate relevant training tailored for all grades of staff
- Daily safety audits by supervisory staff
- Staff’s adherence to roadway safety rules & regulations
- Staff wearing of PPEs
- Staff adopt safe work practices

3. Create disciplined and orderly operation work force by:

- Oversee all staff matters at operation level, such as MCs, last minute leave, recall OT etc
- Ensure staff discipline at operations such as initiating of DIs etc
- Managing service crew performance

4. Monitor and review the manpower requirement based on seasonal and / or ad-hoc flight changes
5. Monitor and control AIC’s expenditure, particularly on the following area:

- Work on rest day recall (WORD)
- Overtime (OT)
- Meal allowance claim (MAC)
- Other significant expenditures

6. Assist in overall monitoring of AIC business process, particularly in terms of the following areas:

- Department’s Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Department’s Service Level Agreement (SLAs)
- Maintaining good client relationship
- Conduct investigation on complaints/incident and provide reports

7. Assist in identifying areas for improvement or deficiency, especially on cost reduction and productivity gains
8. Engage in regular meeting, briefing, dialogue, feedback sessions etc. with staff so as to ensure business process established is in line with both staff’s acceptance and company’s / department’s policies
9. Implement and manage systems and technology related projects, including working with technology team and consultants, to ensure AIC interests are well represented
10. Manage projects assigned to ensure implementation at AIC’s operations within timeline set
11. Anticipate customers’ needs and develop new value propositions and increase revenue streams
12. Undertake any other duties as assigned by reporting officer
