**Your role**

- We’re looking for a senior technology manager to:
- manage the technology components of a large scale, complex business initiative based out of Shanghai
for our Asset Management business. Including planning, scheduling and execution of tasks with early
- identification and resolution of potential issues- manage the project financials
- identify and manage senior stakeholders and clients and establish effective communication channels
ensuring effective stakeholder management and engagement- coordinate the tasks of the initiatives among different divisions, streams, crews, pods and vendors
- help escalate and resolve conflicts and dependencies, align with stream/crew members and facilitate
reprioritization efforts- perform risk assessment, play an active role in risk mitigation and management, and maintain and
monitor a risk management plan- ensure that the next quarter’s OKRs are included in the QBRs (Division) so that the initiatives are fully
transparent and suitable priorities can be made
**Your team**
- This role will be based out of Shanghai, Hong Kong or Singapore. While much of the project team will be
- based out of Shanghai, you will work with a teams based in Asia but will also work with teams in Europe and
- the USA. You will also be part of the CDIO AM APAC team, which focuses on leading important business
- projects in the biggest growth region for the bank, APAC.
**Your expertise**
- ideally 15-20 years managing technology projects, within the financial industry but preferably Asset
- Management- experience working on projects in China and have good communication skills in Mandarin
- responsive team player with an enthusiastic and proactive personality, a true agile mindset, and strong
problem-solving skills- excellent listening and communication skills, with ability to connect and build relationships at all levels of
the organization- strong engineering background with broad experience in risk & infrastructure technology projects
- good understanding of technology and agile practices
