Working Hours: Sun, 9am - 6pm Mon - Thurs, 11am to 8pm (with an hour break)

The role includes (but is not limited to):
Assisting with day-to-day operations at the Rentadella HQ. This includes assisting customers needs, helping them select & book dresses, measuring alterations required, steaming dresses, keeping the showroom tidy and keeping in contact with the rest of the team.

Assisting with in store and online operations. This includes uploading product information onto the website, understanding how to manage the store, updating order status’, preparing and mailing out orders, accepting returns.

What we’re looking for:
Someone who loves fashion & making women feel beautiful

Initative when a decision has to be made and there is no one to ask.

Strong, confident with great communication skills. Needs to have a kind, friendly demeanour but firm attitude.

As we handle styling for a lot of celebrity clientele we require the associate to act professional at all times (and not ask for photos or act abnormal towards the client).

Good stress management. Needs to be calm and level headed when issues arise that need to be tackled

We require a 2 week probation period and a minimum of 1 year commitment to the job.
