In this role you will be assuming end-to-end responsibility over ensuring our supply of shoppers and
- drivers closely matches customer demand - enabling us to consistently deliver on our promised service
- levels, with a competitive cost structure.

To achieve the above, you will develop global frameworks that address key challenges in each of our three
- markets, and coordinate implementation jointly with the local country teams.

**What You'll Be Doing?**:

- ** Fleet Lifecycle Management**:

- Definition of a highly scalable channel mix strategy for lead generation
- Optimization of interview and onboarding processes
- Implementation of rider loyalty and retention strategy
- Attune payment schemes to balance hiring funnel conversion with overall efficiency / cost and service levels

Fleet Supply Planning, Scheduling and Optimization**:

- Establishing a common staffing and scheduling methodology to help translate quarterly and monthly marketing plans / order targets into (a) overall fleet hiring targets and (b) zone
- and day-time staffing plans
- Enable the organization to rapidly adjust fleet staffing and scheduling whenever deviations in demand/supply occur

Fleet Performance Optimization**:

- Ongoing identification of service level shortfalls and division of actionable plans to address these
- Proactive identification of opportunities to improve rider efficiency on the ground within the current last mile delivery model

**Who Are We Looking For?**:

- You must have at least 2 years working experience in a last-mile logistics
- You have experience in a leadership position and the agility to spearhead complex strategy at a tactical level to complete logistics operation strategy in regional capacity
- Possess excellent business acumen, communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Strong analytical skill to formulate the strategy and concepts
- In-depth experience of logistics operation & last-mile, fleet plan & budget, as well as scheduling
- A (figuratively) professional juggler, who loves to be exposed to multiple challenges
