Our Clinical Trial Associates work closely with the Project Leader and Functional Leads on project management tasks during the entire project lifecycle contributing to achievement of study deliverables.

**Some Specifics About This Advertised Role**

You will be supporting the clinical trials from start-up, conduct to close-out phase in terms of documentation and key stakeholder communications.
- Start-Up phase: Support trail country relevant documents set-up (e.g. local CTPs) and necessary workflow procedures. Provide investigational supplies support and non-drug supply coordination with Clinical Supplies (when necessary), support for site contact preparation/negotiation/execution.
- Conduct phase: Maintain strong communications with site and vendor through regular document tracking and inform TDS about trial events to trigger document collections for critical documents.
- Close-out phase: support off-site archiving of necessary documents and support communications with sites
- Ad-hoc activities: support audits and inspections when necessary and verification of training records. Support all other activities as assigned.

**Qualifications**:
**Here are a few requirements specific to this role**:

- College degree or equivalent or above, major in medicine/pharmacy/science related is preferred.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in Clinical Research/Development or related industry preferred
- GCP/GMP knowledge on clinical supply management.
- Have strong project management, communication and follow-up skills to ensure clear and concise information are understood from team members and convey to them
- Responsible, conscientious and proactive
