Provide general administrative and clerical support including filing, scanning, faxing, copying and printing
- Issue invoices and PO and vouchers etc
- Placing orders with suppliers
- Answering phone calls and calling customers to place orders
- Handle phone and messages enquiries and orders
- Liase with inter-department regarding orders and deliveries and related queries
- Sorting and organizing of orders
- Alias with drivers regarding cash payments
- Basic office cleanliness
- Detailed and Oriented
- No experience needed

Basic English and Mandarin speaking required

Preferably staying in Bedok area as no transport provided

Lunch will be provided

Able to work from 6am-2pm (Mon-Sat) and PH

Need to work extra hours during Chinese festival period
