**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- To ensure that all Test Process Instruction are clearly and accurately established and updated on-time for production usage.
- To ensure that all Test equipment/fixtures/tools are well maintained / Calibrated in operating conditions.
- To establish a preventive maintenance schedule.
- To ensure that all test requirement are clearly spelt out in procedures to Production.
- To continuously make process improvement to improve Productivity and Utilization.
- To liaise with other supporting departments to ensure a smooth production flow.
- To provide all Test Support required by Product Development.
- To maintain a high level of awareness in safety and discipline.
- To implement corrective and preventive measures in achieving high product quality and on-time delivery.
- To provide required training and development to staffs in achieving high standards of performance.

**Qualifications**:

- Degree or Diploma in Electronic/Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years working experiences in Electronic Manufacturing environment.

**Knowledge & Skills**:

- Good planning, organizing, controlling & communications skills.
- Resourceful & able to work independently.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 will be an added advantage.
- Committed and result-oriented.
- Computer literate with knowledge in words and excel.
- High integrity & team worker.

Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,200.00 per month
