**About the Role**:
In this role, your key accountabilities will include:

- Participating in assessments/PoC to identify new solutions and improvement opportunities for existing ones to ensure our landscape is relevant with current technology trends and meet the needs for the HR Functions
- Support the execution of Opportunity Assessment and Identification & Selection process for projects under the HR team Technology portfolio.
- Single point accountability for the ownership and ongoing maintenance of all Blueprints within the HR Technology landscape.
- Engage with stakeholders in technology and business for technology trend analysis, problem management, business impact scoping and other testing / training requirements.

**About You**:

- Demonstrated experience of solution design principals with industry best practices and implementing these to solve business problems.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related discipline
- Team working skills, capable of engagement and influence different stakeholders and ability to manage conflicts/issues with the business/end users.
- Knowledge & practical experience in the area of Agile, DevOps methodologies and practices

It is an advantage to have:

- Consulting experience in the implementation projects
- Knowledge of fundamental cloud concepts either Azure or AWS
