**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
This position plays the lead role in planning, monitoring and controlling internal processes and is responsible for carrying out the day-to-day tasks that keep the business running smoothly.

You will be part of building out structures that help support in growing the team, the company and each individual with their personal upskilling.

The role also requires the following seven non-technical skills: leadership, motivation, communication, organization, prioritization, problem-solving, and adaptability.

**DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES ARE, BUT NOT LIMITED TO**:

- Facilitates headhunting and other modes by which to procure team company growth
- Oversee an organization’s recruitment, interview, selection, and hiring processes
- Support in company training and events for team building
- Support in team member training, goals and position growth
- Analyzing current processes to help make the business as efficient as possible.
- Support in business projects with Team Leaders and Chief Executives
- Assesses the effective allocation of employee benefits including labour laws
- Keeping up with business trends and economic trends to forecast how the business will need to adapt and change over time.
- Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy
- Define most important social media KPIs
- Manage and oversee social media content
- Measure the success of every social media campaign
- Stay up to date with latest social media best practices and technologies

- Experience with Google Suite
