JOB TITLE**: SPECIALIST, GLOBAL LIQUID MARINE / TERMINAL**

LOCATION**:SINGAPORE**
Is responsible for the Global Procurement of all deep see marine requirements including procurement of SABIC's fleet of owned and leased vessels for Liquid, Agri-Nutrients, gas and Terminals. His/her responsibilities include Liquid, Agri-Nutrients and gases marine& Terminal procurement process (capturing requirements, qualifying providers, preparing/distributing bid packages, evaluating offers, and negotiating contracts) for all contracts & time charter vessels, Spot and Terminal leases. He/she contributes in defining & driving the implementation of the global SC Procurement strategy in order to capture maximum synergies for SABIC. As such he/she contributes to the global SC Procurement strategy in order to deliver maximized savings on the total cost of ownership for marine category for Liquid, Agri-Nutrients, Gases and Terminals Globally.
**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
**- Receive and interpret capacity needed and work on service provider pre-qualifications / Qualification process
- Participate in developing Global liquid, Agri-Nutrients, Gases transportation procurement Strategy and execute day to day procurement activities.
- Tender preparation, bid packages, pricing tenders forecast, offers evaluation, and negotiation engagement with vendors
- Insure reliability, security of supply, performance and spend of the liquid marine& Terminal tendering activities.
- Spot Chartering for Marine& Terminal in coordination\alignment with SC focal and Business requirements.
- review Contract Clauses with Legal, insurance, finance and all related parties
- Track and report key functional Metrics\KPI’s to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness.
- Seek Industry market intelligence and discuss possibility of new services.
- Contribute to projects related to Supply Chain improvements and projects
- Prepare Market intelligence and cost reports on a Weekly/Monthly basis to support SABIC leadership in decision making.
**EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS**
- Bachelor degree with minimum 8 years working experience (logistics procurement, SC operations, chartering, supply chain, transportation )
