**Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated Senior/HR Operations Executive to assist the HR Manager in hr operations, managing and administering payroll processes, and benefit management.

This position is responsible to conduct HR end-to-end employee life cycle ensuring accurate and timely payment of employee salaries, benefits, and deductions, while also maintaining compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies. The Payroll Admin executive will require to collaborate with internal stakeholders, employees, and external vendors to deliver high-quality HR services and drive employee satisfaction. This also includes interacts with employees and external vendors to address HR-related inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
- Payroll Administration: Serve as the primary point of contact for payroll administration, managing and executing end-to-end payroll processes. This includes collecting and reviewing time and attendance data, verifying salary information, calculating deductions and withholdings, processing payroll, and distributing paychecks or facilitating electronic transfers.
- Payroll Compliance: Stay updated on relevant labor laws, tax regulations, and payroll compliance requirements. Ensure payroll practices align with legal requirements, including tax filings, deductions, and reporting. Maintain accurate payroll records and support internal and external audits.
- HR Process Management: Assist the HR manager to execute various HR processes, including employee onboarding and offboarding, employee data management, performance management, leave management, and employee recordkeeping. Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
- HR Systems Administration: Manage and maintain HR systems, such as HRIS (Human Resources Information System) under HR system. Ensure accurate data entry and update employee records, process payroll, and generate reports. Collaborate with IT or vendors to implement system enhancements.
- Training Program: Assist HR manager for in-house and external training programmes registration for staff.
- Employee Relations: Assist in handling employee inquiries related to payroll, recruitment, HR policies, procedures, and benefits. Provide guidance and support to employees on various HR-related matters, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
- HR Reporting and Analytics: Prepare HR reports and metrics related to payroll, recruitment, employee data, headcount, turnover, and other relevant HR statistics. Conduct data analysis to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Compliance and Legal Requirements: Stay updated on relevant labor laws, regulations, and employment practices to ensure HR and payroll compliance. Assist in conducting internal audits and support external audits related to HR processes and payroll data.
- HR Project: Work with HR manager on assigned HR Projects.
- Vendor Management: Coordinate and collaborate with external vendors, such as payroll providers and recruitment agencies. Ensure timely and accurate delivery of services, resolve any vendor-related issues, and maintain strong vendor relationships.
- Continuous Improvement: Work with HR manager, by providing feedback, identifying opportunities to streamline HR processes, enhance efficiency, and improve the employee experience. Propose and implement process improvements, automation initiatives, and best practices, specifically focusing on payroll administration and recruitment processes.

**Requirement**:

- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Business Management, Business Administration, or a related field (equivalent work experience may be considered)
- Proven work experience in HR operations, including payroll administration and recruitment
- Sound knowledge of HR processes, policies, and procedures
- Experience working with HRIS, payroll software, and other HR systems, Infotech
- Strong understanding of labor laws, tax regulations, and compliance requirements related to payroll and recruitment
- Excellent data management and analytical skills, with proficiency in MS Excel or other data analysis tools
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, calculations, and reporting.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex payroll issues
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees and external vendors
- High level of integrity and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
- Continuous learning mindset to stay updated on industry trends and best practices in payroll administration.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
