- Responsible for management of the Business Unit CMOS, Sensors and ASIC (CSA) Master Planning team in Taiwan and South-Korea.
- Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders (Business Line Operations, Supply Chain Management relevant stakeholders) to achieve the supply promise in fulfillment of customer demand.
- Drive Excursion management in terms of supply and demand disruption
- Supervise customer order management responsibilities, such as ‘ensure demand fulfilment, early warning of supply disruption and order confirmation & processing’
- Supervise creation of supply plan and communication to customer
- Supervise additional roles and responsibilities assigned to team members (eg, risk management, monitoring of transactional data and parameter)
- Education in Supply Chain, Business or Engineering
- Relevant experience in SCM specific in Semiconductors industry.
- Excellent communication skills with all levels including customer
- Solid understanding of Supply Chain system is preferred (SAP, Blue Yonder)
- Proven track record in Supply Chain Planning, improvement project management and change management
- User knowledge of MS office and Power BI Reporting
- People management experience is preferred
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin; German is an advantage
