**Job Overview**:

- Manage and maintain the company's ERP system (Epicor).
- Ensure system health, performance, and smooth day-to-day operations.
- Support system configuration, optimization, upgrades and access management.
- Work closely with internal departments and external group entities to meet business needs.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Monitor and maintain the Epicor ERP system to ensure reliability and efficiency.
- Perform system configurations, minor customisations, and setup based on user or business requirements.
- Liaise with different departments (e.g., Finance, Operations, Sales) to understand their ERP needs and issues.
- Coordinate with external vendors or group IT when required for system enhancements or escalations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve ERP-related issues, providing timely support to users.
- Assist in ERP version upgrades, patch management, and testing.
- Maintain ERP documentation including configurations, processes, and changes.
- Train and guide end-users on ERP functionalities and best practices.
- Implement continuous improvements to streamline ERP processes.
- Manage system access for the users by complying with audit requirements.
- Any other tasks assigned by the IT Manager.

**Requirements**:

- A degree or diploma in IT field
- Minimum 3 years of experience managing Epicor system
- Good understanding of ERP modules such as Manufacturing, Purchasing, Sales and Finance
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical users.
- Experienced in user support, system configuration, and minor customisations.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Strong knowledge in Epicor ERP (Kinetic or earlier versions).
- Good understanding of SQL queries, BAQ, BPMs in Epicor.
- Some experience in using programming languages like C# and python would be an added advantage.
- Experience supporting ERP projects like module implementations, migrations, or integrations.
- Knowledge of manufacturing industry processes is an advantage.
