Royal Manpower Resource Pte Ltd is currently seeking a dedicated CEI Licensed Consultant to join our dynamic team. This crucial role involves facilitating the employment of domestic helpers, ensuring compliance with Singapore's Ministry of Manpower (MOM) regulations, and fostering positive employment relationships.

**Work Schedule**

**Work Days**:5 Days Work Week (1 Weekday & 1 Weekend Off)

**Time**:11am to 7pm

**Responsibilities**
- Interview employers to understand their needs and match them with suitable domestic helpers
- Ensure compliance with all MOM regulations concerning foreign domestic worker employment
- Oversee the processing of work permits, contracts, and other necessary documentation
- Provide counseling and support to employers and domestic helpers for a harmonious employment relationship
- Conduct necessary pre-employment and post-employment briefings as mandated by MOM
- Stay updated with the latest industry regulations and practices
- Address and resolve employment-related issues efficiently
- Engage in continuous professional development

**Requirements**:

- Valid Certificate of Employment Intermediaries (CEI) license
- Experience in a maid agency or related field preferred
- Deep understanding of MOM regulations related to foreign domestic workers
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Discretion in handling confidential information
- Proficiency in English
- Strong problem-solving skills and independence in working situations
