**About the role**

Prior experiences in healthcare administration, will be helpful. You are passionate about driving new projects and bringing to reality new ideas. You have the ability to manage a small team of individuals to achieve operational success. You are comfortable with ambiguity and capable to solve problems as they arise.

This role reports directly to the **Operations Manager, Special Projects**.

A summary of the key responsibilities and requirements are as follows:

Responsibilities_**
- Understand the current concept of operations and identify gaps through insights and data gathering.
- Work with operations manager to plan the operational workflows for our special projects
- Create SOPs, Ops Instructions and communication aids / tools to the team before the commencement of projects to ensure projects are running smoothly according to plan.
- Execute the workflows and SOPs at our COVID-19 related projects
- Ensure adequate manpower and logistics prior to the project
- Ensure that our SOPs and workflows are adhered to, be present at our COVID-19 projects and assist in troubleshooting issues
- Monitor and evaluate special projects assigned to you to ensure continuous improvement for existing and future projects.
- Come up with/improve SOPs and workflows for our special projects assigned to you.
- Come up with innovative ways of optimising processes and manpower, utilising relevant tech solutions to help run our projects and increase efficiencies
- Execute procurement of relevant logistics and manage them
- Work closely with Finance team to ensure prompt billing is done for projects/staff and delivery of payment
- Ensure that all our projects and workflows are in keeping with accepted medical regulations and guidelines

**About you**
- 1-2 years of experience in healthcare operations and/or project management is preferred. 3+ years of experience for Sr. Executive.
- Able to adopt an analytical approach based to solve problems.
- Keen to adopt innovative solutions to help optimise our workflows and processes
- Have unquestioned integrity and high standards in the work you do
- Genuine curiosity and strong desire to continuously learn and grow
- Experience of working within a tech startup and hyper growth environment would be a bonus
- A start-up attitude - highly collaborative with an entrepreneurial, roll-up-your sleeves attitude, pragmatic, and able to work independently when required
- Comfortable with ambiguity - we're a fast-growing business and there's always unchartered territories, which is part of the fun. You should be comfortable with it and understand that not everything is 100% defined all the time.
