We are seeking an experienced and strategic Community Builder with a strong background in crypto, web3, NFTs, and the DeFi space to join our team. This role will involve outreach to various crypto projects and building a long-term presence on their social media platforms as an ambassador. The main goal is to increase awareness of Cake DeFi, and to drive traffic and sign-ups on our platform. **What you'll do**: - Develop and execute community building strategies for various crypto projects - Establish a strong presence on target project social media platforms as an ambassador - Create and share valuable content that caters to the interests of each specific community - Maintain a subtle approach to avoid being flagged as shilling or selling - Engage with users and assist with any questions or concerns related to our company - Track and analyze community engagement metrics and adjust strategies as needed - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding - Provide feedback and insights to help improve our company's offerings **What you'll need**: - Minimum 2 years of experience in community building, preferably within the crypto and web3 industry - Strong knowledge of NFTs and in cryptocurrencies - Proven track record of building and nurturing communities on social media platforms - Exceptional communication, networking, and interpersonal skills - Familiarity with relevant tools and analytics platforms - Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work independently We want to transform and decentralise finance with tomorrow's technology.
