**CHIEF SECURITY OFFICER**

**Location : Near Tai Seng MRT**

**(Urgent Hiring)**

Role and Responsibilites:

- Plan and deploy security personnel in a team and shift.
- Plan and oversee the attendance and performance of the security personnel. Ensure all the officers go through onboarding process, OJT training and briefing for the security personnel with regards to client’s instruction.
- Manage and oversee the attendance and performance of the security personnel at site.
- Investigate promptly into all incidents and accidents, and to submit an initial report to the client within a stipulated time.
- Put up and submit daily reports to the client on attendance, performance of security officers’ conditions and serviceability of equipment as well as highlight any significant incidents/accidents/ events.
- Take charge of Security Command Centre/ Security Control room/ Fire Command Centre.
- Carry out night spot check on its security personnel deployed on sites. A report is required to be submitted to the customer within 24 hours.
- To generate system reports or logs for clients’ review
- Providing support to the customer site operation managers in their daily operations to ensure security and safety compliance.

Qualifications:

- Minimum GCE “O” Level
- At least 4 years in managing a team in either commercial/ data centre or other property protection situation experience.
- Minimum Chief Security Officer (CSO) Certification by PLRD
- Must be computer-literate, able to do report writing, communication skills, investigation and questioning
